NOTE: Additional Service Fees will apply to each Guest, if a major rebuild of the package is requested by client, after planning & trip details have been reviewed and confirmed by client. An example of such is where these changes will require multiple cancellations and rebooking or key areas such as the Destination or Travel Dates. Such changes will require us to go back to research & rebuild a new Trip Package. Additional Service Fees will be determined based upon how far we have progressed in the execution of the original Trip and what will be required to execute the requested updates.

We will call to set up a Free Consultation to ensure that all relevant details for Travel Service requirements have been decided upon before paying your deposit. Such relevant details include:

FOLLOWING OUR CONSULTATION
To proceed with securing our service and begin travel research, a Non-Refundable Service Retainer of $100 is required by each Travel Guest listed within 7 days of Consultation. Although this deposit is Non-Refundable, we will apply it toward our Service Fees and any overage will be applied to your Trip Balance. Service begins 2 business after upon receipt of required guest deposits in full.
